ZiteFight Eco-Chic Style Championship Rules

Contest

Each Monday between December 1st and December 15th, 2008 we'll be giving away a $50 gift certificate to 302designs.com to the user with the most fighters in the top 25 and a $10 gift certificate to a user drawn at random who uploaded a fighter photo in the last week. The winners will be chosen at 12pm CST on each Monday.

Fine Print

  • No user can win the $50 gift certificate more than once for the same fighter photos. After winning, the fighter photos counted towards the win will not be considered in future calculations. For example, if User A has 5 photos in the Top 25 at the end of Week 1 and wins, those photos will not count towards that user's Top 25 total for award purposes in subsequent weeks even if they remain in the Top 25. New photos that make it into the Top 25 will be considered, so adding lots of good photos will help you win.
  • If a user would win both the $50 prize and $10 prize in the same week, that user will be awarded the $50 prize and another drawing will be held for the $10 prize.
  • No user can win the $10 prize more than once. If a previous winner is selected at random, another drawing will be held until a new winner is selected.
  • Prizes will be awarded on the following Mondays: 12/1/2008, 12/8/2008, 12/15/2008

Photo Submission Guidelines

All photos are approved by a real person before they show up in a fight. We don't want to limit you or restrict your creativity, but we do need to set a few guidelines to keep a clean fight. So, to get your photo approved, follow these simple guidelines.

  1. No nudity. ZiteFight is not an adult website, so don't submit a picture of you in a state of undress. Keep it PG-13.
  2. No nature. As much as we love beautiful photos of nature and landscapes, we believe style is created by people. So don't upload scenery shots. It's fine to upload pictures of artful flower arrangements, landscaping and things like that, as long as the nature has been shaped by a person in some way.
  3. You must own the rights to the picture you submit. Don't steal someone else's stuff; only post your own photos. And only upload pics of you or someone you know - no randoms or celebrities (unless you are a celebrity).
  4. Submit each photo and each subject only once. Don't upload duplicates or different versions of the same photo. It won't help your chances in the fight. In fact, we'll take down duplicate photos, so it will actually hurt your chances.
  5. Be creative! Sure, you express your style through your clothes and accessories, your hairstyle, even your physical appearance. But you can also express your style through home decor, architecture, car accessories, cooking, landscaping and gardening, and so much more. So don't limit yourself to your clothes! Your tastes run a lot deeper than how you dress.
  6. Submit as many photos as you'd like. You can upload as many photos as you want to, as long as each picture is different. The more fighters we have, the more fun the fight is.

We reserve the right to remove any photographs at any time, even if we approved them initially. If you have any questions about why a photo was not approved or removed from the fight, please contact us at pics@zitefight.com. In addition, if you notice a photo that does not conform to our guidelines, email us and let us know.
